In order to create the right conditions for these children to achieve their full potential in life, the village will also house a well resourced school for the children, alongside a play area.

Orphans in Need aims to accommodate children of all faiths irrespective of their beliefs. The vast majority of institutions in India tend to turn a blind eye to the childs faith/denomination resulting in the orphaned child forgetting their roots; with many growing up without knowledge of their faith, without learning and celebrating the things that form the childs identity, and in many cases even losing their ancestral/cultural ties. Our orphanages will be managed and run according to strong principles with an emphasis of providing relevant knowledge with regards to the orphan childs religious/ethnic/cultural practices.
